PABCO GLASS® INTERIOR

Primary Uses

  • For use in areas where moisture may be present to prevent mold growth such as in bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and basements
  • Ideal for use as a tile backer when allowed by applicable building codes
  • Can be used in pre-rock construction when the structure is not completely closed in

PABCO GLASS® INTERIOR is a glass faced gypsum panel with a proprietary formula that provides a mold and water-resistant gypsum core. The product is reinforced with glass fibers to increase core strength and durability compared to 1/2” gypsum board. PABCO’S interior glass gypsum panels are noncombustible and dimensionally stable, resisting warping, sagging and buckling. The product’s performance will not be compromised due to extended exposure, up to one year, under normal weather conditions* during construction. The 1/2” glass panel is approved for use in non-fire rated construction.
